1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

To access paid services on the j3333 Platform, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID
• A valid Philippine mobile number (+63 format)
• A valid email address that you own and access regularly
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 years or older)
• A password meeting j3333's minimum security requirements

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and update it promptly if any details change. j3333 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

j3333 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Philippine passport (valid)
• PhilSys National ID (Philippine Identification System card)
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (GCash account screenshot, bank account confirmation)

KYC documents must be current, legible, and clearly show your full name, date of birth, and address. j3333 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time specified by j3333 may result in withdrawal delays, Account restriction, or Account closure.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j3333 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, and Visa/Mastercard (where applicable). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) only.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is ₱500 per transaction. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though j3333 reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on Account verification status, payment method, or risk assessment. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits from their Account settings as part of j3333's responsible gaming tools.

6.3 Transaction Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Account in real time following payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.) may take up to one Philippine business day to reflect in your Account balance, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution. j3333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

6.4 Own Funds Policy

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your j3333 Account are legitimately yours, not proceeds of any unlawful activity, and that you are the authorized owner or user of the payment method used. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are prohibited.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be processed after you have completed j3333's KYC identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7.2 Processing Times

j3333 targets the following processing times for approved withdrawal requests:

• GCash and PayMaya: Under 15 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 9 PM PHT, Monday–Sunday)
• Bank Transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.): Up to 1–2 Philippine business days

These are target processing times. Actual processing may take longer due to additional verification requirements, public holidays, or circumstances beyond j3333's reasonable control. j3333 will notify Players if a withdrawal is subject to additional review.

7.3 Withdrawal Review

j3333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, review of Account activity for compliance with these Terms, or investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

j3333 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms applicable to each individual offer:

• Bonus terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry dates, are published with each promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion a maximum of once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

9. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the j3333 Platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game environment. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. General gameplay rules include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology for digital games, or by live dealer procedures for live casino games, which are monitored and recorded.

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Account Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting j3333 customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance in your Account. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

15.2 Termination by j3333

j3333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if j3333 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if Account closure is required for compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements. 17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial contact, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority having jurisdiction.

Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by j3333 may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's published complaint channels.
